Sam Evans, Founder
A Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in major infrastructure Project Management and Project Engineering. Sam has ten years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, project planning, risk management and stakeholder management. Sam's background is in major infrastructure projects at all stages of the project lifecycle in London and New Zealand, including the Northern Line Extension, Crossrail 2 and Cycle Superhighways.
Specialising in District Heating projects, he has worked on many schemes across the UK delivering detailed feasibility studies, commercialisation and supply chain procurement. Sam is a collaborator on the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero trial for the heat network zoning pilot.
Sam founded Stride Project Management to meet the needs of sustainable energy and green growth projects and pursue his goal of delivering low carbon projects for clients that have the vison and ambition to implement meaningful change.
